Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the Akt service operated by Altekk. The service is a SaaS platform for field-intervention proof (photos, signature, PDF) aimed at on-site professionals.
2. Account creation
Sign-up is performed via an online form. The customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. A free 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
3. Service usage
The customer accesses the service through the Android application and the web portal. The customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for staying within the limits of the chosen subscription plan.
4. Pricing and billing
Pricing is the one published on the /pricing page at the time of subscription. Payment is monthly or yearly depending on the plan. For Russian customers, billing is handled via ЮKassa under the trade name ALTEKK.
5. Data retention
Signed acceptance reports are retained for a minimum of 10 years (a legal obligation under applicable business-record regulations, with equivalent provisions under Russian law). Upon termination, reports remain available in read-only mode. Accounts that never subscribed are purged 44 days after sign-up.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with one month's notice. The service remains active until the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is offered in V1.
7. Liability
Altekk commits to maintaining service availability to the best of its ability. Liability is capped at the amounts actually paid over the last 12 months.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law for EU customers and by Russian law for Russian customers. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court.
