1. Scope
This policy describes how Altekk processes personal data in the context of the Akt service.
2. Data collected
Name, email, company, billing details, usage data (IP addresses, timestamps, logs). For signed reports: customer name, address, signature, photos, optional GPS coordinates.
3. Purposes
Service delivery, billing, support, legal retention obligations, product improvement (on anonymized data).
4. Legal basis
Contract performance for functional data, legal obligation for the 10-year retention, explicit consent for geolocation.
5. Retention duration
Signed reports: 10 years minimum. Account data: duration of the commercial relationship + 3 years. Technical logs: 12 months.
6. Data subject rights
Right of access, rectification, portability, restriction. Right to erasure applies only to ancillary data — signed reports are covered by the legal retention obligation.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Data of EU tenants stays within the EU. Data of Russian tenants stays in Russia (152-FZ). No cross-region transfer.
